Restricted SAXS webapps
We provide the following web applications for analyzing your SAXS data. Because of limited computational resources, access to these particular webapps at the SIBYLS beamline is restricted to beamline users. If you've collected SAXS data at SIBYLS and would like to access these additional resources please contact Michal Hammel.

BIOISIS is not only a resource for depositing and distributing SAXS data and structures, but also hosts clear, well presented SAXS tutorials.
BIOISIS is an open access database dedicated to the study of biological macromolecules by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The concept of a SAXS database was conceived of by John Tainer, Ph.D., of the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA., and Greg Hura, Ph.D., of the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab in Berkeley, CA. The project is funded by the Department of Energy.
BIOISIS aims to become the complete source for the deposition, distribution and maintenance of small angle X-ray scattering data and technologies.
